Publish like a team of one

The hard part of content isn't any single post. It's the machine behind it: coming up with ideas, catching trends before they pass, writing hooks that land, scripting, producing, and doing it consistently without burning out or handing your voice to a model that flattens it.

This cohort builds that machine with you. By the end you have a content engine: a running calendar, research and trend-monitoring that surfaces what to make, and a production pipeline that takes an idea to a ready-to-publish package, in your voice, on-brand, every time. You stay the creative director. The system does the reps.

The whole thing is built around voice. Anyone can generate content; the win is content that sounds like you and says something. We build the guardrails that keep AI your collaborator, not your ghostwriter.

What you'll learn

Build a content calendar that runs itself

  • Set up a calendar in your tools and let Claude help fill and maintain it
  • Plan around themes and cadence instead of scrambling post to post
  • Keep a backlog of ideas, so you're never staring at a blank page

Research and monitor trends automatically

  • Build research skills that scan for trending topics and relevant conversations
  • Turn what's happening into ideas that fit your brand, not chase every fad
  • Feed a steady stream of grounded ideas into your calendar

Produce in your voice, end to end

  • Build the pipeline: research, ideas, hooks, script, filming instructions, caption, music, review
  • Capture and encode your voice so drafts sound like you from the first pass
  • Generate ready-to-review packages (for short video: hook, script, clip list, music ideas)

Keep quality high and stay in control

  • Build a review step that checks work against your standards before anything ships
  • Decide what AI drafts and what you always touch by hand
  • Set a cadence you can actually keep

Who teaches this

Dylan, the engineer, builds the systems: the research skills, the pipelines, the automations. Kelsey, the creative director, makes sure the output sounds like you and holds up as real creative work. Together they build content engines that produce at volume without losing a human voice, then help you tune yours.

Who this is for

  • You're a creator, marketer, or founder who needs to publish consistently
  • You want more output without hiring a team or losing your voice
  • You've tried AI content tools and everything came out generic
  • You want a repeatable system, not another burst of motivation

Not for you if you want done-for-you content, or you're after paid-growth strategy. This is about producing organic content in your voice.

FAQ

Will my content sound like AI? Not if we do this right. The whole cohort is built around encoding and protecting your voice, with a human review step before anything ships.

Which platforms does this cover? The pipeline is platform-flexible. The short-video package (hook, script, clips, music) fits TikTok, Reels, and Shorts; the writing pipeline fits newsletters and posts.

Do I need to be technical? No. If you can create content, you can run this system.

Why is this coming soon? We're prioritizing the build and ops cohorts first. Join the waitlist and you'll be first to know when a cohort opens.
