Our refund policy
We want you in the room only if it's right for you. Here's exactly how refunds work.
Before the cohort starts
Cancel any time before the first live session for a full refund, no questions asked. Email us and we'll process it back to your original payment method.
Satisfaction guarantee
Attend the first live session. If it's not for you, request a full refund within 7 days of that session and we'll return your payment in full. This is our money-back guarantee: try it with zero risk.
After the guarantee window
Because you keep lifetime access to the resource hub and every recording, the program is non-refundable once the 7-day window after the first session has passed. If life gets in the way, reach out and we'll do our best to move you to a future cohort instead.
Team and private cohorts
For Teams engagements are governed by the terms of the signed agreement for that engagement, which take precedence over this page.
How to request a refund
Email hello@manalabs.ai from the address you used to register. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
