Stop being the glue between your tools
If you run a small business, you are the integration layer. Leads sit in your inbox. Notes live in your head. Follow-ups hide on a sticky note. Nothing talks to anything, so you carry it all between systems yourself.
This cohort replaces that with one Notion command center, run by Claude. New leads get captured and moved through your pipeline. Meeting notes flow in, get summarized, and spin off tasks. Routine emails draft themselves in your voice. You go from doing the ops to reviewing work that's already done, and you scale what you've built without adding headcount.
We build it around your business, live, over four weeks. You leave with a running system, not a template you'll never set up. The centerpiece is a real sales-pipeline setup, modeled on one Dylan built for a client's interior design studio, adapted to whatever you sell.
What you'll learn
Design a Notion hub that fits how your business actually works
- Map your operation (leads, clients, projects, meetings, tasks) into one connected workspace
- Structure your databases so Claude can read and update them reliably
- Set the foundations (memory, context, connectors) that make everything after this possible
Automate your sales pipeline end to end
- Capture inbound leads from email into your CRM
- Move deals through stages, trigger follow-ups, and keep leads from going cold
- Rebuild the interior-design-studio pipeline as a working template, then adapt it to your product or service
Turn meetings into action on their own
- Pull recaps from Zoom, email, and notes into a Notion meetings database
- Summarize each meeting and generate the tasks it implies
- Have Claude start on those tasks, so follow-through stops depending on your memory
Put your inbox on rails
- Build email templates Claude fills in and sends in your voice
- Draft routine replies, quotes, and check-ins
- Get a daily digest of what needs you and what's already handled
Who teaches this
Dylan, the engineer. Founder and AI strategist, currently leading AI adoption at a billion-dollar tech company. He's built software for over a decade and set up CRMs, meeting-to-task pipelines, and inbox automations for real businesses, including the interior-design sales pipeline that became the backbone of this course. He builds and leads the cohorts, so you learn the ops the way he actually builds them: start with the thing eating your week, and automate that first.
Who this is for
- You run or operate a small business, agency, or practice and wear too many hats
- Your leads, notes, and follow-ups live in five disconnected places

Not for you if you already have a fully automated stack, or you need enterprise tooling for a large team. This is built for lean operations.

FAQ
Do I need to be technical? No. If you can build a Notion page, you can do this. We handle the Claude side together.
I don't use Notion. Can I still take this? Yes, and you'll leave using it well. If you're set on a different tool, talk to us first. Most patterns transfer, but the labs are Notion-based.
Will this work for my type of business? The example is an interior design studio, but the patterns fit any business with leads, clients, meetings, and follow-ups: agencies, consultants, coaches, trades, local services.
What if I miss a session? All sessions are recorded and yours for life.
