Launch a site you actually own
Website builders lock you into their templates and their monthly fees. A developer costs thousands and leaves you unable to change a headline without emailing them. There's a third path now: build it yourself with Claude Code, own the whole thing, and change anything in plain English.
In four weeks you go from a blank page to a live, professional brand site, with the pieces that make it a business tool instead of a brochure. A Calendly connection so people can book you. Stripe so you can sell. Lead capture so visitors become contacts. By the last session it's deployed and real.
No coding required. You direct Claude, make the design and content calls, and watch your site take shape session by session. Week one is shared foundations, the same setup groundwork as our other build cohorts, then it's all site, every week.
What you'll learn
Set the foundations and your site's direction
- Install and configure Claude Code and get the moving parts of a website
- Write the context and memory files that let Claude build your site consistently
- Define your site's goal, structure, and the one action you want visitors to take
Design an aesthetic that looks intentional
- Set your visual direction (layout, type, color) and turn it into design context Claude can follow
- Build pages that feel designed, not defaulted
- Refine the look and feel by asking, until it's right
Build the pages and make them work
- Build your core pages (home, about, offer, contact) with Claude Code
- Make it fast and responsive without hand-writing code
- Preview and refine on your own machine before anything goes live
Turn the site into a business tool
- Connect Calendly so visitors can book calls or appointments
- Add Stripe to sell a product, service, or deposit
- Capture leads into a list or your CRM so traffic turns into contacts
- Deploy it live to a real URL, and know how to update it yourself
Who teaches this
Dylan, the engineer. Founder and AI strategist, currently leading AI adoption at a billion-dollar tech company. He's built software for over a decade and shipped sites and tools for clients and himself. He builds and leads the cohorts, and teaches the build the way it actually goes: messy first drafts, live troubleshooting, and a working result by the end.

FAQ
Do I need to know how to code? No. You direct Claude and make the decisions; it writes the code. You'll learn enough to change things yourself later.
Where does my site live, and what does it cost to run? You deploy to a real host and own it. Hosting a site like this is usually free or a few dollars a month, no builder subscription. We cover your options.
Can I sell products on it? Yes. We connect Stripe so you can take payments for a product, service, or deposit.
What if I want a full app with logins and a database? Take From Idea to App instead. That's built for exactly that.
What if I miss a session? Recorded and yours for life.
